      I have done this a couple of times.  Thought I would compile it in 1 place and maybe it could be a tech article for the future.

     NP 205 transfer case:   Notice the circle with 3 bolts in the middle, easy way to tell a NP205.

     NP 208 typical shift pattern.  Notice you have to pull the shifter to the right and down to enter into 4WL.
