cab and rocker replacement
« on: September 20, 2009, 03:39:17 PM »
My 86 chevy c10 is in desperate need of new cab corners since they rotted away, and a small part of the rocker panel that its attached to. I was thinking of cutting the rear section of the rocker and welding it in. Is it better to do it that way or do I replace the whole rocker? It would be a shame to remove the whole rocker since it is very solid and so is the inner.

I have sectioned in partial rockers in the past.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
