1979 GMC 3500 Door Panel nuts
« on: August 29, 2019, 10:40:52 AM »
Where can I source the four nylon slider nuts that hold the bottom of the door panel? Do I need to make do with some random nuts that fit the slots? If so, any advice as to what works best would be very much appreciated.  I'm not anxious to buy and try a dozen or more in an effort to get one that works, which I had to do with another, but very different, elderly Chevy.

Thanks.

It's difficult to know just how much you don't know until you know it.
In other words... if people learn by making mistakes, by now I should know just about everything!!!

Yay. Thank you. I looked at Classic Parts previously, but guess I didn't know what to look for. Like you said. It's difficult to know just how much you don't know. :-)
