Views: 79 | Comments: 2 So I have switched all of my lights to LED, headlights, tail lights, side lights, gauge lights. I have a courtesy light under the dash that the incandescent Bulb went out, so I decided to change it to LED as well, but the bulb does not work. I had replaced the relay to one that operates LED lights as part of the headlight and blinker conversion. Does something special need to be done like that to the courtesy light in order for that to run LED as well? Fuse is okay, and I don’t think it’s the jam switch or the headlight dash switch as they are pretty new. Any advice in much appreciated!! TIA! Morning, I have a '79 C10 350/Auto with a noise speedometer cable. My truck has the two-piece (upper and lower) setup. I've removed them to measure and get a new set, but I can't find anything that matches. The lower cable is 23", and the upper cable is 44". On the upper cable, I can find 41". Short but close that maybe I'm not measuring it the way the factor does. On the lower cable I can't find anything close to 23". Also, I'm not sure if they have the right ends. Some pictures show a male end like I have, some show female, and some show something completely different. Why is the cable two pieces anyway? Seems like it just complicates things. Am I missing something obvious here? I did remove the drive on the transmission. The gear was in perfect shape, and the square drive looked good, too. Greetings, Can the starter solenoid be replaced without pulling the starter? Looks possible at a glance... Thanks, Aren May 05, 2024, 07:31:06 PM by j250trxr
Views: 121 | Comments: 2 Anybody ever buy from automobiles and accessories? Can’t tell if they are legit or it’s a scam! Seems kinda fishy. Won’t take credit card or pay-pal. 501A W 45th St, New York, NY 10036, United States April 29, 2024, 07:42:08 PM by Clcarp57 | Views: 168 | Comments: 2
'85 C10, bought truck window regulators to speed up function of windows. Drivers side works fine. Passenger side works fine. Passenger switch on drivers side works fine in up mode, dead short on the down button that causes interior light to dim and stereo to restart (modern day single din). Wiring diagrams are confusing. New switch, but old switch does the same thing. I'd like to be able to run a jumper from drivers side passenger switch to the passenger side. Any ideas? I'm lost. Pages: [1]
