Replacing the drivers side window of an 87 Chevy

Just bought this truck and it needs a new drivers side window. Bought the window today but having a hard time getting it on both rollers. Any tips? It's manual (not electric).

You took out the vent window, right? Once that's done, crank the rollers all the way up and slip them in the runners.

No he didn't take the vent window off. He's never messed with an older truck before. However he did feel pretty stupid once I told him about it. lol thanks! That was priceless!
