I takes some effort and work, but its not that hard of a job. make sure you keep the shims  togeather  in the order of where they come out when you take the arm off the frame.

Yea unfortunetly I didn't I am throwing drop springs in it anyways and the frame is completely stripped and sitting up on a set of saw horses with some dollies under it......I must saw it has cleaned up awesome though.  I'm debating the best way to shorten the wheel base, see my cab and bed is a 65 they only had a 115" WB on the short beds.  I'm thinking of changing the center bolt on the leaf spring pack and cheat it up 2".
