Any good photo editors on here?

I need some help. Im picking up my great uncles 79 K20 in like a week. He wants 2500 for it. Well my uncle is obsessed with Goofy from disney. My dad said for me to make a 2500 dollar bill with a picture of goofy in the middle and instead of "in God we trust" put "in goofy we trust" just to give him a good kick out of it. Is there anyone that can chop that up for me so I can print it out? I dont have the time or the skill for it. If someone can help me out, I might get the truck for free, just because thats how my family is. Thanks in advance

its not its worth anything lol and thats why i said i would have "other" plans for it. you know on those long hunting days and you dont feel like using a pine cone
