Window Tint Brand
« on: March 25, 2021, 10:00:50 AM »
Hey Guys.
73 C20 here.

I got a back window that has a bit more life in it, but the tint is now rolling off and I would like to replace it.
Yet, having trouble picking a brand while not breaking the bank. I go to amazon but average joes are infamous for bad reviews.

Any suggestions?

I see some videos apply with just soapy water on the interior and other videos apply with a heat gun on the exterior.

Any and all thoughts always appreciated.

Personally I will never attempt to do tint or wrap again.  I suggest you pay a shop, they will remove the old and install the new and keep your hair on your head.

Thanks, Goatman. Noted.
(But, I forgot to hit notify on my post again, so I just saw this now, after the fact.)

I'm only doing the back window, so I figured I'd give it a shot with this brand, Black Magic.
I'll take my time sometime this weekend and see how good I can get it.
