Title: 73 GMC grill on FB
Post by: Stewart G Griffin on January 24, 2022, 10:01:38 PM
i believe there is a 73 gmc grill on facebook.  i do not yet know how to post fb links.

So, if interested, check FB or discuss here so as to figure how to post the link.

i don't need one myself, but i posted because i suspect that there is a demand for this grill, yet the grill is not common to find?

I need a new grill for this summer, my old on rotted out bad, was thinking of getting a Weber. The grille on my truck is the original and in good shape, but thanks for posting.

I bought a Weber to replace my last grill that rotted to pieces. It was right around a thousand bucks and is overpriced for what it is.  I've had it since Spring, so I am curious to see how it lasts through the winter. I have not used it in weeks and that's usually when they start to decay. I'm due for a nice juicy steak so maybe I'll fire it up this weekend.

I scored a floor model Traeger at Ace Hardware! Mid size.

I can't remember what grills looked like in '73. I was just 13... 8)

Well..........if we're going to go THERE (thanks for hi-jacking! ;)

How do you clean the grill?

Well, i guess the demand for a decent condition 73 gmc grill is not as high as i thought..................

Well, it's kinda like saying there's a 73 grille on Craigslist. Unless you share the link to said item, I don't think anyone will be able to find the one you are talking about.

Get it super hot and scrape/brush. Spray oil works good too

How’s the Weber grill holding out? We did get a Weber, good USA quality, cooks great, but yes, still over priced.
