Should I be running leaded fuel in my 1974 250 l6?

There is also lead fuel additive on the shelf at napa. I have a 46 flathead motorcycle I used to buy the additive for.

Is it Tetraethyl lead?

Come to think about it, some fleet stations sell racing fuel at the pump for offroad machines.

I was wrong all napa has is lead substitute now. Tetraethyl lead is still for sale online tho. There is a company tetraboost e-guard 15
