Looked through the FSM, maybe Im blind. Replacing the idler arm and pitman arm. Does anyone know the torque values associated with these parts? Idler arm to frame mount/center-link, pitman arm to gearbox/center-link?

Mostly depends on the size of the bolt/nut/thread count. I'm sure there is a torque guide on line.
The ball joints of those components go as tight as you can to get the cotter pin to line up.

Pitman arm nut to gear box is 185 ft-lbs, pitman arm to relay rod is 66 ft-lb, idler arm to frame is 30 ft-lb, idler to relay rod is 66 ft-lb.
