Thread error 2211

Every time i hit the send button in any post or thread i get a prompt, "thread error 2211"

Anyone else? The post does go through though when you hit "ok"

Only when I post pic's that are to large. Once it pops up, you need to leave site. then come back on. Back to normal.

Not seen it.  Need to know what exactly you are doing prior to the error to trace the issue.  Screenshot emailed to me helps too.
