going to swap bed but one problem
« on: April 08, 2006, 04:29:00 PM »
found a bed off of a 75 chevy. Going to swap it to my 84 gmc. You fill the gas tank on the drivers side on the gmc. On the 75 bed it is on the passenger side. I don't need dual tanks and I don't want to cut a hole in the rust free bed so I can probably buy a brand new tank for the other side and run lines to it and just take out the driver side tank. Does this sound correct?

what he said except you need to turn the tank around or swap the brackets end to end.
