I bought a cover for my pickup in the mid-90's. I went with the high end choice, and it obviously was worth it. Once a year, I take it to the laundromat and use their massive washing machine to clean it. Once in a while it will get shut in the door or hood, and that sometimes leaves a tiny hole. Two different times, the company that made it sent me extra material - free of charge - to patch the holes.
