Transmission shifting wrong after carb spacer install

I installed a 4 barrel carb spacer trying to boost my cfms a drop, however now my transmission shifts at 3k rpm under partial throttle, anyone have any idea h I could be

I am going to assume you have a 700R4 transmission.  You changed the geometry of the TV Cable.  That needs re-adjusted.

I am going to assume you have a 700R4 transmission.  You changed the geometry of the TV Cable.  That needs re-adjusted.

I only have 1 cable to my carb linkage and it’s my throttle

Show us a picture of what transmission you have. If there's no cable it's a TH400

There should be a button to press behind the metal bracket on that black cable on top. You’ll have to test drive it once you adjust it and make adjustments as necessary so it doesn’t throw through all gears immediately.

Also, when you installed the spacer, did you unplug any vacuum lines and neglect to reconnect them?
