Bed Fit Question

Question-

Will a '72 stepside bed fit on a '73 fleetside frame ?

I know they are different generations of the C10 but didn't know about the bed fitting with or without modifications???

You can make anything fit but why?

Because i need another bed (mine is bad) and found one not too far away.

Buy the 72 one (if cheap enough), flip it, and buy the correct one.  Profit!

You do know the 72 bed is a different style than the 73 bed, right?

You can still find beds for these trucks and all of the parts are available to build a new bed.
