Hey Don.You'll have to call GM to find out about man hours on the frame.Do it quick while they're still answering the phone.:rollin

Sarge:Chris sells the kickpanels in the homepage catalog.


I guess thats about it for pics.I got an appraiser coming over on Wednesday.Hopefully ,I can take it for a cruise by next weekend.

Hey Don.The grill frame took about 5 hours to fab.The perf. and paint about 3-1/2 hours.

A few pics of how the frame is put together.There are angles on the back to release the perf panel if I want to change it to something else.

Pugsy, that's outstanding. You know what would be slick? Figure out a way to put the Chevy logo in the rectangle on hinge, so it hinges out of the way to allow you to open the hood!  8)

My buddy Mark came by as I was fitting it up.He mentioned I should have made that rim around the opening bow tie shaped.
Both excellent ideas.Only yours is still doable.

I'm still thinking of a backlit blue plexi logo with a mirror polish rim around it to come on when I turn on the lights. One for the reciever on the back as well.
