Ok, I have all the images uploaded to cafepress.com.  I was hoping I would have an example before I posted this but I chose the cheapest shipping.  Anyway there are 3 versions and they are listed here:

Just don't do like I did and chose default economy shipping.  Last time I got normal shipping and it was here in 5 days.

I am hoping they turn out ok.  There were a few pics that weren't high enough resolution for a full bleed, so I had to resize them.  I am hoping for the best, but hopefully future winners can give me the original file set at the best resolution.

Got mine today also. Chris thank you for the idea and allowing us to be a part. Congratulations to everyone in this years and I encourage everyone to participate in the years following. There are alot of awesome trucks aruond here and cool projects as well.
