« on: April 03, 2019, 06:08:08 AM »
Howdy,

Has anyone removed their bed and left the Truck that way?

Pros - Cons please?

Thanks

You'd still need fenders and lights. It would be ugly, maybe at least put a flat bed on it. It would be really light and have poor traction.

Yes, lights for sure.
Fenders?  Are they required?  I'll have to check into that.
Yeah, possibly a small modified flat bed???
A posi-trac should help out with better traction  :D

need some weight in the read or you wont be able to take off with a wet road. it would also bounce all over and could get real sketchy fast

i don't care if you take it off or not, but you have to be careful;  What if you need to stop suddenly?   This could get hairy, fast---because there's no weight back there.
