Fuel switch

Hello one and all.

I just picked up a project from my son, it's a 1975 factory 454 truck. The one thing that has me wondering is the switch to switch tanks. I've never seen a pull knob used to switch tanks before. Will the gauge work off of both tanks?

Thanks for the answer and link. It just threw me and I wondered why there would be a choke knob in an odd place. Lo and behold it's for the dual tanks. New one to me.
