no rust frame

I got an unrusted, unmolested 8' bed out of Oklahoma, delivered on the frame. The frame has no rust, unheard of in SW PA.
I don't need the 83 c10 frame, but really don't want to cut it up as it's way cleaner than anything around here. Any ideas about getting it to someone that could use it?
