Thoughts about Rocker panel replacements

I'm wondering if anyone has the same issue or has replaced theirs or had them done professionally, what am i looking at Price wise is it worth it.. i was going to sand them down and re paint them i know it won't solve the issue due to it most likely rotting from the inside out the bed is starting to bubble above the wheel wells but im not too worried about that since i can replace the whole bed in one piece. I really hope someone has maybe a video of them replacing theirs or pictures they could post or some insight ANYTHING REALLY, i can't find anything online only on the older models... i bought her for 7,500 bucks a year ago and she's been pretty good to me & well it's completely paid off.

Correct Mr. D, the sweeping door end is not square enough... ???
