Motor mount brackets wrong?

I am installing a sbc in a 83 C10 and I noticed the top clamshell tabs appear to not rest on the supports since the motor mount brackets flair at the top; does this look correct?  On one side the tab is barely under the bracket but as you can see the other is within it.  I bought the motor mount brackets off of eBay but I’m wondering if I got the wrong parts?  See part number in pic below.
