Foamy coolant?
« on: August 03, 2008, 02:35:02 PM »
84 blazer 305. I was adding some antifreeze into it this morning after only have run it a few minutes. I noticed the coolant in the radiator was foamy. Im guessing could be improperly sealed intake, leaking head gasket, maybe a hose sucking a little air?

Just put new heads on it so head gaskets are new and same deal with intake, torqued to specs too. Any suggestions>

foamy would suggest agitated. I would change the coolant and ensure it's topped off properly and see what happens.
