Connector Identification
Ronno6:
This connector is part of the ESC harness, at least it is in the same harness with the 4 prong ESC distributor connector and the knock sensor connector. However, I do not know where it was connected.
Anybody familiar with it??
I already have a red or pink wire for the 12+ to the coil...
Irish_Alley:
dont know for sure but it should go it to the 12v spot on the right for the coil and the 12v wire you have in place should piggyback into that. i would wait till someone else chimes in but thats how it looks like it should work

It does give that impression, but was not connected there when I removed the engine.(As far as I remember, anyway...)
I have not found it on any wiring diagram, only the pink wire to the 12v +.
Irish_Alley:
someone might have did away with it???
Stinky:
Possibly might be the part of a relay system?
I know my 88 Suburban has a open pigtail like that for the fuel pump relay for testing a direct current to the pump.
Though it is a single connection only, not doubled up like yours. Just throwing it out there.
