I am looking to cut/mill my own boards for my build. However, I cannot seem to find the specifications for the wood anywhere. It seems everyone has the dimensions for the boards and bolt holes for everything up to 1972. But I am having the hardest time finding the information for 73-87.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I emailed GMC Pauls and was told that they believe the the square body bed boards are the same dimensions as the 67-72 models. I'm still not sure about the bolt hole placement. I may end up using some scrap lumber to mark the bolt holes from the bottom and using as a makeshift template for my bed boards.

if you do find your answer, would you post them on here so we can have them for future use. if you do a write up with pictures that would be even better. that way we can make it a sticky and throw it in the tech section
