Title: K-30 exhaust
Post by: 86 chevy silverado on April 04, 2006, 04:58:00 PM
Looking for ideas for exhaust for a K-30 454 w/t400-205 transfer. I cannot find a kit for this truck. The only listings I can find are the stock 2 1/4" dual exhaust. The pipe is very tight on the passenger side and I would like to step up to 2 1/2". I assume I'll have to have the front pipes custom bent and use standard mufflers and tailpipes. I would like to shoe horn headers at some point. Any input from anyone who has crossed this road some time with success would be appreciated.

I've never thought about renting a tube bender, Thats a good idea if I can locate one around here, I'd rather do it myself anyway.
