Title: Swapping in 88-98 2wd stock spindles/brakes in a 78 C10 2wd

Before I scrap out my 88 C1500 motor donar parts truck (88-98), I am trying to figure out if I can swap in its Stock spindles and front brake setup into my 78?  From what I gathered the 78 C10 upper control arms will work with the 88-98 upper balljoints, but I can’t use my stock 78 lower control arms because of the 88-98 lower ball joint?  Can I use C20 or C30 lower control arms then?  Thanks!
