im wondering if thats my issue. i measure 1 inch for the cab mounts (exactly like your pic) and 1 1/4 for the core support mount.

VileZambonie:
The bushings are different for 2 and 4 wd as well as specific to the year you need. Are you sure it's the original cab? Loosen all of the body mounts and make sure your cab supports are in good shape. You may need to shim them, but get the body lines right and tight and then shim the body mounts as needed.

88rxna:
I am not sure if the cabs a 2 or 4wd. I'm pretty sure I ordered the correct year and such for the bushings. Last night I loosened the cab mount and it measured the same height as the core support mount, right around 1 1/2. I torqued them to 55 foot pounds and they squished to about 1 inch.  Even with the cab moints loose I still need to raise the cab up. That's a good idea and I didn't think of adding washers to the cab mounts. Seems to be my solution.

I was finally able to track found the bushings.

Hard to tell but it appears the bushings are correct. Here is a picture of the bushings I installed in my thread a while back. I cleaned and reused my metal pieces with my bushings. My bushings where purchased a different place than yours. I did use new bolts, mine was too rusted out. I added on an after install of what it looked like.

Looked at your installed bushing again and did not notice a metal top cap like mine, one piece of the rubber goes on top and one under. Did you get them on correctly?

I have a time with my fender and the large bolts on the inside of the wheel well that goes toward the firewall had the stay very loose till last.
