I have been trying to take advantage of all the nice days and nights as I can.  I was hoping to drive it to LS Fest this weekend, but that isn't going to happen.  I will try and get updates on here ASAP.

Sunday, July 21st, 2013: Pulled the tails off the truck (no turbos were on there when I received it back ) and flipped the one over and after looking in it found something I didn't expect.  Proceeded to pull all of the pipe off and clean them out.

This is the wastegate openings for both pipes.

Saturday, July 27th, 2013: Spent about 2 or more hours cleaning up the welds and pipe protrusion on the turbo inlet pipes.

Then got busy and put all of the exhaust pipes back on the truck.  My wife and daughter came to inspect my work.

Here is the tab I had them add for the brakeline mount on the rear part.

Had not yet pulled all of the intake piping off so I put the lower feeds back on so nothing would get in the turbos as it was getting late.

Saturday, August 17th, 2013: After 2 weeks at the beach got started back on it.  Here is the intake piping just pieced together with the silicone hose.  I ended up pulling all of the intake piping after discovering aluminum dust in all the pipes and the biggest surprise is in the video link below.

After getting everything off and cleaned and cleared I painted the bare metal Intercooler brackets and put everything from the throttle body to the intercooler back together with the T-clamps.

Sized up the rear Turbo intake tube extensions for the air filters.

Monday, August 19th, 2013: Got all the drivers side lower intake pipes off cleaned and cleared and reinstalled them with the transition pipe going up the inner fenders.  Rechecked all the clamps from driver side turbo outlet to the intercooler and then intake and ran out of time.

Saturday, August 24th, 2013: Finished up the passenger side intake up to the intercooler inlet up to the intercooler and started on sorting out the oil feed routing to the turbos.

Sunday, August 25th, 2013: Finalized the oil feed and all the fittings required assembled and connected to the turbos.  Couldn't find my already tapped Oil adapter so had to call it a day.
you can see the feed to the block laying on the ground in the second image.

Here are some better shots of the intake tubing.

Here is the front shot with no grill.  Since the factory grill won't fit without me cutting it to pieces I am trying to decide if I should go with a billet grille or a phantom billet grille.

Wednesday, August 28th, 2013: Spend the better part of the evening sorting out how I can run the return line from the turbo back to the engine.  Played with several scenarios, none of which I liked.  I was going to attempt to run it all on a singe pump, but...

I did mount the wastegates and the outlets for them.

Friday, August 30th, 2013: After trashing both my house and my storage garage for the past few days, I gave up looking for the oil cooler adapter that came off the truck I found the local speed shop had a 1/8th x -6AN fitting and picked it up.

Saturday, August 31st, 2013: Pulled a spare F-body block off and drilled it and tapped it with 1/8th NPT and installed it on the truck.  I don't really like how close it is to the exhaust, but until I figure out a better routing this is how it will be.

My brother came over for moral support and we looked for several alternatives but I finally gave in and started mounting the two return pumps to the frame just below and forward of the turbos.  He also pulled the injector rails off so I could get the new injectors installed.  That was a fun wrestling match..

Monday, September 2nd, 2013: Gathered up more fittings than I cared to to create a transfer line from drivers site to passenger side.  I decided to run it over and above the frame and keep it as far away from rubbing anything or getting to much heat.  Still need to return some I didn't need/open but I got the feed line done up to the oil fill cap. (for now)

Now it was time to start routing all the wiring from the engine back back to the oil return pumps and the pressure switches for the alarm buzzer.  I got both of them layed out but ran out of daylight and didn't have my electrical tool to remove some grommets for the wiring I pulled out of the truck.

Friday, September 6th, 2013:  Since I am getting closer to getting this thing running I had to aquire a MAP sensor to be able to handle the boost and Speed Density as I am dumping the MAF.  With that said I picked up a 2 Bar MAP from a supercharged Colbat and a 3.3 BAR MAP from a Duramax Turbo Diesel.  Since I don't plan to pound on this stock motor much I elected to go with the 2 BAR for now.  For those interested, it is GM PN 12615136 and it plugs straight into the Stock MAP location.
