ALCL Connector Location for a 86 K30?
« on: June 25, 2020, 08:04:38 AM »
The service manual says: The Assembly Line Communication Link (ALCL) is a diagnostic connector located in the passenger compartment...

I can't find it anywhere??? Pulled glove box, small panel under steering, ash tray.

If you have one it is on the left side of dash next to the emergency brake release pull. But Your vehicle may not have a computer system since it is a 30 series. If it has a computer it should be mounted above the heater box at the cowl behind glovebox.
