Need 12V hot when ignition on only.

On the fuse panel, is an "Accessory" slot, the same as an "Ignition" slot?

That is, are the "Accessory" slots only providing power when the key is in the "on" position ONLY----like an "Ignition" slot?

i'm running out of slots which is why i'm asking.

I’m pretty sure the difference between the two is ignition only comes on during cranking and run. Accessory would come on when the key is turned backwards from off and in run but not while cranking.
