Gears are a spinning now.... Getting off the path a bit I found a 91 GMC 3500 dually, perfect candidate for the SB conversion I always wanted... and a 90 Suburban 454 that fits the donor vehicle.  Both I will look at next week and post my findings.
The one ton would be the best doner 91 was the first year for the 4L80E. If your going to go to TBI get the harness and ECM from a 4L80E truck, Got to have OD right? the 90 will have a TH400.

I don't know what trans is in the 91 but he is going to forward the RPO list to me so I know what I am up against.

The 454 TBI 1 Tons automatically got th 4L80E from what I have found.
