Trouble Steering left?
« on: October 25, 2008, 02:21:50 PM »
The truck does not turn left all that well. Has a 3inch lift with a normal steering arm. When i got the truck the rag joint was busted and the gearbox was not fully bolted, they said they tried to adjust it i am wondering if they screwed something up in the adjustment, can i adjust the box to fix that? also i plan on getting a 4inch suspension lift with the raised steering arm in the next week or two, this is a project truck so i am not driving it yet just testing it out.

Yes get the steering arm. Make sure you're not hitting the stops but from the sounds of it your drag link is getting bound up.

Everything is smooth feeling, it is a new pump and hoses, is there any adjustment on how much it turns left or right on the gear box?
