I'll be having to do that soon, lol. But it's looking nice and clean!

I hate it when that happens, lol. I use to have nightmares about my brother going out and deciding to take my truck for a test run while I still had major tune ups to do still and blow up my engine. So I ended up taking the keys out of it and storing them.

But if he really do that I'd have to break his legs.  ;)

How about a mid 80's f-body lakewood bellhousing. It'll help keep your feet on. You seem like a smart guy, cool project BTW, I'm sure you could figure out how to hook up a cylinder to your existing clutch pedal.

the problem lies in my pedle i think, it sticks to the floor at high rpm's (anything above 4000) and if i unhook the z bar it will stick to the floor when pushed in, so i think im genna find another pedle assembly

Nice job Dan. A fine example of turning a homely 2wd truck into a personalized hot rod.
I live in E Hampton if you need any odds and ends give me shout, PM or email. 8)

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

been a while but heres the heads up:

got alot done on the 355:
got the Speed pro forged pistons with coated skirts, 10.2:1 on 64cc heads

I decided that i wasnt going to use any used parts on this engine other then the crank (cuz its mint)
so i got scat i beams,

put the crank in this time without problems unlike last time when advaced auto sucked and gave me the wrong bearings

bored and honed Via Accurate machining, the guy does a good job, but charged a fortune, even if you pay in cash

got all the pistons in and the rotating assembly is ready to go, just waiting to pull out the other engine so i can swap heads and other goodies

And i got it into the truck today and started it, i ordered a mallory ignition (the 3rli) and it didnt work it kept backfiring so i put the stock distributor in, ill get pics up when i get my brothers camera

took it for a drive and broke it in the past few days, about 400 miles on it, still keeping it under 4k, but dang it spins 2nd at 65 with no problem, and it has crappy 2:73 10-blt which is about to explode, im starting to work on the ford 9"
