Well depending on the year/head casting number id say 315 to 335ish would be a respectable hp for a combination like that has it ben tuned?  it depends on alot of factors tho

i have no idea what kind of head i´m using... and i tuned it just by using a vacuum gauge.. nothing fancy... any ideas on how i can make more HP and torque... what would be better adding vortec heads and maybe later on going with a supercharger or something.. or going straight for the supercharger... i dont think the engine needs more cam since its just a daily driver right.... thanks for all the input..

Id do a Supercharger I have both a vortec v3. And 6-71 they are good bang for ur buck there around 2k$ but its a easy 100hp and its very reliable or u could put a 144ci or 174ci roots blower but either way u need a better/biger carb id say holley 700 DP with mechanical secondarys but other mods would be lucky to gain u 30hp

so you dont think heads are all that necessary?

Nah not with a blower cuz there is no head flow its under pressure blower motors are not as demannding on head flow as NA id keep the boost at 6psithe that would be about 450ish hp if any thing id upgrade ur fuel/ingnion systems

The best thing about a blower is there not picky no port matching on a street blower motor no huge cam they can be very street friendly and still put down 550hp with stock ported heads.

if you have the 76cc lame heads then the vortecs would probably be good for 30 hp. Then you gotta change the intake and valve covers though.

Before you bolt on a blower, you should have a solid rotating assembly and block. What are your components now?

well i dont have the money for a blower right now.but i was thinking abut going with a new set of heads... my rotating assemble is pretty much stock... stock crank, stock rods with ARP bolts the block is 4 bolt mains... and the pistons are hypereutectic... and the ignition is HEI distributor with Pertronix internals... with a 50k Volt coil...

having a sc engine and a na engine. its not just throw it on and go you have to thing the more air you have going in the more that hast to leave. so you need to start with exhaust and then work on the intake. stock i think the sb was putting out about 200 with just pertty much adding a cam and headers your not going to gain close to 300 to started you need better heads than cast iron heads. think about it like this if you just add a bigger air filter what will that gain when its still being sucked threw a straw.
