Title: replacing stock tires
Post by: 85wrangler on February 24, 2024, 06:11:43 PM
I'm going to replace my tires on my 85, which has 15" wheels.  Question is does anyone know of a place to buy 16" replacements in the same factory look?  I want the original look with a bigger wheel.  Thanks

I would skip 16" wheel size personally and move to 17", 16's are IMO going the route of 14" and 15" sizes.

Look at the availability of tire sizes before you buy the wheels. I just had a guy who had to settle on an odd metric size and I had to modify the suspension to make them fit. Would have been a lot easier and less expensive if he did his research first.
