Title: 74 c10 from Delaware...pictures added
Post by: CaddyTrey3 on March 27, 2018, 01:08:15 PM
Hello all, just stumbled upon the site yesterday while looking from some info and had to join!  Proud owner of a mostly original 1974 reg cab long bed custom deluxe with a 350 & 3 sp on the column...best anti theft device by the way.

Have had a few k5’s in the past but bought this truck in November of 2015 and have since replaced the bed, new inner & outer fenders, had it repainted, installed new trim and a new rear sport bumper. Truck we already lowered when I bought it and rides on 20x9 Detroit steel wheels. Completely stock motor with 104k on it and same for the trans... that will be the next item to address though with a built small block pushing a little 400hp out of a friend’s chevelle. Then trans, rear & brakes...it never ends.

Some great looking trucks on here and can’t wait to dig into the site more. Will post picture when I can. Take care

Welcome from the St. Louis, MO area.  I have a soft spot for any remaining 3 on the tree.  Don't beat on it because replacements are VERY hard next to impossible to find

here is the quick views from the time i loaded it on the trailer to current state.  wheels are in process of being pinstriped and the letters on the tailgate are also be done to match the orange.  I stayed with the factory idea but changed the white to Wimbledon White to make the flow a little better. Interior is 100% original except I pulled out the torn up vinyl floor in favor of a carpet kit from  .  Seat will be redone this winter and i'll add in a houndstooth pattern insert to make it all match but still leaving the bucket seat

Absolutely, I’m actually about to hang a couple in my son’s room to go along with the tailgate that’s in it already...trying my best to get him hooked a young age!!
