Any tips or methods?

Take your time go at it slow. It can be a pian in the but, even for a seasoned body man. I have found that a roll of masking tape to hold the window up (tape up and over the top of the door and back to the glass) is helpfull. You will need to unbolt the regulator from the door. Slide it out of the track in the door. Once the glass is inside the door you have to get the regulator onto the track that is on the glass, then into the track on the door. Put the crank shaft through the hole and crank the regulator until the nuts on the regulator line up with the holes in the door.

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
