How deep is the broken bolt? If it sticks out just a little, welding a nut to it and letting a candle melt near the base should let it come out.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm gonna try the nut trick and see if that does it

Take a small drill(I start at about half bolt diameter) and drill into it-you could try a left hand drill bit, and oxy-acetylene heat, it may come out. Broken bolts under the head surface are the hardest to remove.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Solid looking build! When I get my hands on the crew cab I'm looking for, I'm going to slowly amass the parts to do a LQ4/NV4500 swap from an early GMT800 in the future.
I'm actually also looking for another 6.0 for my Mercedes to retire it's V8 and toss in a T56 behind it as well, but I need another daily driver first.A Cummins swap for the future truck is also on the table, as is the 6.2 DD found in the CUCV, but I'm not sure if there's a compatible manual transmission for that motor and being able to work with the transfer case for 4X4.
