oil on spark plug

hey i changed my spark plus and one of them has oil on it ....i was told that it means i have a leaking cyclider.it there something i can pour in there to fix that or motor needs rebuilt

Lucas makes a pretty good oil treatment that works well i used it in my old truck and it stopped all the blow by

When you say on the plug you mean on the ceramic and the nut/threads? Could just be a leaky valve cover gasket dripping down on the spark plug

its on the threads and the area where the spark occurs (gap)......just one plug was like this ......may plugs were cheap (autolite)......just put in ac decos
