just a heads up you dont need to keep posting the same question. someone will get around to you and give you a good answer. the only thing i know of right off hand is a junkyard but youre asking for new so i cant help you.

Google GM backing plate 12 bolt. You may have to make some modifications to what you find to make them work.

I ordered one for the 12 bolt but the hole for it to fit on the axle was too small, the bolt pattern for the holes was wrong, and it wasn’t the right size for the drums even.

I also ordered a disc brake conversion kit for my truck a while back and they didn’t fit either even though it was for a 12 bolt. Does anyone know why this is?

are you sure you have a 12 bolt?

So I was wondering if these would work because it doesn’t specifically say that they fit my truck but they are about the same size as my drums. I was just wondering, thanks for any help. https://www.amazon.com/ACDelco-15650129-Original-Equipment-Backing/dp/B004JBB1EA

Okay, I am really desperate. I have a 1978 k10 that I can’t drive yet cause I have all the parts for brand new rear brakes except for the backing plate. It has a 12 bolt truck rear end and I can’t find em anywhere. I would really appreciate the help cause I’ve ordered like 3 backing plates and none of em fit. I’m also 16 and really want to drive. Thanks and God bless.
