Headers
« on: August 29, 2011, 03:38:35 PM »
So I was at the pick n pull and found a set of headers on a 350 and snatched them up right away before realizing one critical point: these were on an '88+ model, headman model 69440.  Is there any interferance frame wise or other interferance that will keep me from installing these?  I am about half done sand blasting them to prep for paint, and am wondering if I should just sell them or if they will fit.  Thanks!

They wont bolt up to your existing exhaust. If they are short tube, you might not have problems, but you probably will if they are long tube.

I'm not re-using any of the old exhaust at all, it is all too far gone to be salvaged

they should work. test fit them now see if you have to bend them, then bend them and paint
