Does anyone know of a good source, either website, catalog or chain type auto parts store where we can purchase AC Delco parts? Basic tune-up parts like air filter, breather element, oil filter, spark plugs and wires, etc...? I have seen a few things out there but no "one stop for all"

They give you some local retailers in your area, which i'll try, and will most likely have to order,,but you cant buy them directly. Thanks..

If you put your vehicle information into Rock Auto they will usually have a Delco option for each type of part they sell. Its a fairly slow process since you have to pick each part first and then look at the choices of manufacturers, but it works well.
I use their site a lot to find out my part options because they seem to have a good range of manufacturer choices. However, sometimes I find the part there and buy it somewhere else because Rock Auto's shipping can be high when you only buy one or two inexpensive parts, or want it quickly.

Rock Auto makes a lot of money from shipping alone, claiming that they are shipping parts from multiple locations which you can discover is bogus if you pay attention to how they change up your order as you build it.
I only use them if I need one or more parts, never again for more than that.

I totally agree!!! Their shipping gets crazy, thats how their basic parts are so cheap. Not all that glitters....

I wouldn't be surprise if I order 8 spark plugs that they come from that many locations...

Not a tuneup part but a floor mounted Delco dimmer switch. 8$ shipped prime.

Saw a pitch switch for a variable pitch stator used inside an Olds torque converter (had one on a Toronado once) $750.00!!!

I did find the parts on ebay, good price, free shipping. but anyway look at these oil filters. Which one is walmart, which one is ac-delco?

Could very well be.
i use Mobil 1 filters, but would consider AC delco.
