I was wondering if any one had an idea on exactly how tight to tighten the the rocker arms?

There are different opinions on this but i suggest loosen each valve until you hear it tapping, then turn it in until it stops, then (this is where it differs) turn it either 1/2 further or 3/4 turns further.  You can compromise, 2/3 turn in.

Typically I go 1/2 turn.  Unlike Fords there is no torque setting for rocker arms.

best to do this with engine running...adjust until clatter goes away then go 1/4 to 1/2 turn more. Don't go too tight or it will run like @#%$.
