Fuel line size

In the middle of complete rebuild on a 87 Silverado it was a 350 tbi in the rebuild going back with a carburetor what I hoping someone can tell me what size and thread that the fuel lines at  junction just below the cap are so that I can connect to the lines there THANKS for any help Steve

Stock fuel feed line should be 3/8" running from the pump to the carburetor, but I'm not sure what you mean by "below the cap."  Many times there will be an external filter added to that line, so it might be cut near the carburetor and the filter spliced in with short rubber hoses.

Test fit an M16x1.5 tube and o-ring fitting.

In other words... if people learn by making mistakes, by now I should know just about everything!!!

It's right below the cab where the lines run from that connection and run to the tbi  , I'm going back with a carburetor and I would like to run new fuel lines to a regulator from where the lines connect below the cap not wanting to cut anything so I was hoping someone knew the thread size and type so I could see if I could find something that would connect without any cutting I will take a picture  Thanks for your help Steve

75gm  ck25 the thread sizes on  the fuel lines,  trying not to have to cut and flare found someone who has done exactly what I'm trying to do but he doesn't remember the sizes because he had them  custom made
