Hey guys, I've been doing a lot of work to my truck and this website has been very helpful a few times since I got started.
I have my dad's 1984 C-10 Custom Deluxe. He passed away back in 2014 and I've had it ever since. It is kinda dinged up but it ran okay for a thirty something year old truck. The stock 305 was tired and had some issues and it dropped dead last year about mid summer. So, I couldn't just let it die or sell it. It was my dad's and he loved this truck. I didn't want to rebuild the 305 so I bought a brand new 350 from a local shop and dropped it in. Slowly I have been fixing stuff and cleaning it up one thing at a time. The list of things is getting pretty long at this point. I'm going to post some pics and ask dumb questions so get ready.  8)

Welcome! Not a bad looking truck and nice background shot. Keep the rally wheels you have on it.

I was stationed in North Carolina at Camp LeJeune some time ago. I liked going up to the mountains to do some camping and fly fishing for brook trout.

Thanks guys.  8)
The rally wheels are definitely staying.
I blasted them and had a buddy spray them with new paint and clear.  8)
