Anyone know of an Aftermarket Headlight Mgmt System?

I thought it might be a good aftermarket add-on for our trucks - an auto sensing headlight system like the newer vehics are all running. I know there is one system- by  ASI being marketed but I don't know about the costs. Anyone have any more info?

It'd be easy enough to do with a photocell, relay, and some wiring. I don't think there's a huge market for it being that it's easy enough to turn your lights on yourself and most people don't like the fact that their lights come on all the time without their control.
