1985 Chevy C20, My alternator/Battery gauge not working in my cluster. I have taken the gauge out and checked it,it works. I have a new cluster in and everything on the cluster is working except the Alt/Bat gauge. The alternator is charging the battery just no indication of that on the cluster. Any suggestion would be appreciated. I'm stumped. :-[
My fault I made the mistake of putting an extra clip in the instrument cluster and I am assuming that the clip grounded out my gauge. Removed the clip all is good, Gauge working correctly now.
