Title: Rot in the windshield cowl?

You can see the rot, it's the only rotted spot on the truck, using this as a donor body for my truck. I am pretty limited in my bodywork experience, so anyone have some instructions or tutorials for this? I have to check, but I do believe I have a parts truck with no rust in this location. But if I don't, how do I fix this? Thanks ahead of time, appreciate any and all help.

P.S. If you can tell me how to upload a larger photo, i would be happy to, but it wasn't working for me, so I gave up.

Have to cut it out & make a piece or pieces to weld in. Patience yeilds good results.
